Lisa Fenech is an associate at Rochon Genova LLP specializing in class action litigation.
Lisa received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto, where she graduated with high distinction and won the St. Michael's Foundation Scholarship and various other in-course scholarships. Lisa graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School where she was the recipient of the Charles Edward Woodrow award for academic achievement. During her time at Osgoode Hall, Lisa completed an intensive program at Parkdale Community Legal Services, where she represented tenants at the Landlord and Tenant Board. She was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2014.
Lisa clerked at the Ontario Superior Court for the justices of the Central East where she also wrote bench memoranda for the Divisional Court.
During her time at Osgoode, Lisa partook in various initiatives: she was a caseworker for Community Legal Aid Services Program (CLASP), shadowed duty counsel at the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, volunteered at the Centre for Spanish Speaking Peoples Legal Aid Clinic and was Vice-President of the Hispanic Osgoode Law Association. Lisa has also delivered and developed presentations for the Canadian Cancer Society.
In her spare time Lisa enjoys running and travelling. Lisa is fluent in Maltese.
