Obaidul Hoque is an associate with the firm. Obaidul specializes in civil litigation, with a primary emphasis on class action law. He joined Rochon Genova in 2015 as part of Ryerson University's Law Practice Program and joined the firm as a lawyer later in the same year.
Obaidul studied law in Bangladesh at the University of Chittagong, where he was editor of the student magazine Law Vision. Obaidul subsequently attended Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences for a Master of Science degree in Rural Development and Natural Resource Management.
Obaidul is a member of the Ontario Bar Association, the Canadian Bar Association and the Advocates' Society.
Obaidul is a passionate reader, enjoys travelling and experimenting with fusion curries. Obaidul is fluent in English and Bengali, and has limited working proficiency in Swedish and Hindi.
