Final settlement negotiations in this case continue. We are working diligently to resolve the details of the agreement-in-principle achieved earlier this year. The drafting committee has made important progress in the past weeks. Although we are not able to provide a precise timeline for final resolution, we are committed to providing ongoing periodic updates of the progress of the settlement over the course of the coming days or weeks. Once settlement has been reached and approved by the Court, we will be issuing formal notice with the Court’s approval.
