Update on Wilson v. Servier Diet Drug Class Action

Settlement negotiations in this case continue. With the guidance of Mr. Randy Bennett, the Court appointed Monitor, progress is being made to resolve the details of the agreement in principle achieved in February and April of this year. At this time, we are not able to provide a precise timeline for final resolution. However, we are committed to providing ongoing periodic updates of the progress of the settlement over the course of the coming days or weeks. Once settlement has been reached and approved by the Court, we will be issuing formal notice with the Court’s approval.
