Update May 10, 2004 

The drafting committee is continuing with the finalization of the settlement documents. In the past several weeks, lawyers for both sides have met with a number of medical advisors and the Court Monitor. We are now reviewing further key material from Defence counsel received this week. Once settlement has been reached and approved by the Court, we will be issuing formal notice upon the Court’s approval and we will continue to update our progress shortly.
