Skyservice Update – June 14, 2010

Due to the Bankruptcy of Skyservice Airlines Inc. and resulting stay of our Class Action, the Certification Hearing originally scheduled for May 26-27, 2010 has been postponed to November 10, 2010. We attended before the Honourable Justice Perrell on May 26, 2010 to reschedule the Certification Hearing and discuss the ongoing issue of the Receivership Order. We are happy to announce that we have now finalized an agreement whereby the Receiver will provide consent to lift the stay of our action. In the meantime, we will continue to negotiate with counsel and will be scheduling a mediation in that regard in the next few months.
