 Notice of Canadian Class Certification in Medtronic Sprint Fidelis Leads Case
A Canadian judge has granted class status to plaintiffs in product liability litigation over Medtronic Inc.'s Sprint Fidelis Leads recalled due to potential conductor fractures. The recalled Sprint Fidelis leads models are 6930, 6931, 6948 and 6949.
