Since the Menu Foods Settlement was approved by courts in Canada and the United States last fall, two appeals have been filed in the United States by objectors who are contesting the final approval of this settlement. These appeals have recently been heard and we are currently awaiting the decision of the appellate court.

However, the appeals have unfortunately caused the claim administration process to be delayed. While we are hopeful that the appeals process will be finalized in the near future, class members must wait until the resolution of these appeals before receiving payment of their settlement monies.
