Frank Felkai acts in the role of Counsel to Rochon Genova LLP. Frank specializes in civil litigation, including civil, family, estates and criminal practice. Frank joined Rochon Genova in 2000, having distinguished himself as an Associate and Partner at several prominent law firms. In addition to his law practice, Frank served as the Executive Assistant to the Hon. Herb Gray, M.P. Ottawa, with the Minister of Finance, National Revenue, and Consumer and Corporate Affairs portfolios.
Educational Background
Frank is a graduate of the University of Toronto (B.A., Hons. in Political Science and Economics, 1965) and received his LL.B. from the University of Toronto in 1968, where he received the Faculty of Law's Prize in Taxation. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 1970.
Frank is a founding member of the Toronto Legal Fund for Les Gens de l'Air, a member of the Toronto Regional Courts Management Advisory Committee (Courts of Justice Act, s.75), a Past President of the Lawyer's Club, and a Past Director of the Advocate's Society. He has been an Instructor in Civil Procedure, Family Law, and Creditors' and Debtors' Rights, the Bar Admissions Course, from 1976-1984.

Frank has a significant number of reported cases at the Trial and Appellate level to his credit.
Community Involvement and Interests
Frank came to Canada as a refugee after the defeat of the Hungarian Revolt of 1956, and continues to serve the Hungarian community in a number of capacities, including as the Director of the Canadian-Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and as Vice-President of the Helikon Foundation. Frank has served as a Coach of the Pele Indoor Soccer Team, North Toronto League, and Coach of the Mooredale All-Stars Rep Soccer team and the Mooredale Indoor Soccer Team. He enjoys watching his son playing soccer, and is fluent in English, French and Hungarian.
