Aylin Manduric is an associate at Rochon Genova in the class actions practice group, with a focus on institutional abuse and civil sexual assault litigation. Before joining Rochon Genova LLP in 2022, Aylin practiced at a plaintiffs’ class action firm in Toronto.
 
Aylin is licensed to practice law in Ontario (2021) and British Columbia (2022) and has worked on several complex multi-jurisdictional class actions in the areas of consumer protection, privacy, products liability, and securities law. She has also acted for clients in historic sexual abuse claims.
 
Aylin holds a J.D. from the University of Toronto. Throughout her studies, she was involved in mooting, placing as second oralist in the Warren K. Winkler Class Actions Moot in 2019 and coaching the mooting team the subsequent year. She also assisted workers with injury compensation claims at Advocates for Injured Workers, a community legal aid clinic. Since becoming a lawyer, Aylin has helped judge the Winkler Moot (2021) and is open to other opportunities to teach or mentor students.
 
Before starting law school, Aylin completed her B.A. in International Relations and Peace, Conflict, and Justice Studies at the University of Toronto. There, she was a passionate and engaged researcher involved in a variety of projects related to global health and institutional accountability. She is published in the Journal Health Systems and Reform.
