Update – March 30, 2020:
The Canada-wide settlement to resolve litigation against American Medical Systems Canada Inc., American Medical Systems Inc., and Endo Pharmaceuticals (“AMS”) was approved on October 4, 2019. If you were implanted with an AMS women’s pelvic mesh device(s) for treatment of Stress Urinary Incontinence (SUI) and/or for treatment of Pelvic Organ Prolapse (POP), you may be entitled to compensation. All claims must be submitted by July 27, 2020.
