Sarah Fiddes
Biography
Sarah is an associate at Rochon Genova LLP. Prior to being called to the bar in 2022, Sarah summered at Rochon Genova.
Since joining the firm, Sarah has assisted with a wide range of actions including securities misrepresentation, medical device product liability, and institutional abuse cases.
Sarah holds a Juris Doctor degree from Osgoode Hall Law School. While in law school, she served as a Division Leader with the Community & Legal Aid Services Program (CLASP). During her time at CLASP, Sarah represented clients before the Social Benefits Tribunal, the Landlord Tenant Board and the Human Rights Tribunal.
Sarah was also actively involved in the community, volunteering for various organizations such as the Landlord Tenant Board Duty Counsel program and the Neighbourhood Action for Youth Employment Committee.
Prior to attending law school, Sarah obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from McGill University, where she majored in International Development.
