Update: Court Approves Notice Of Proposed Settlement Of Protective Products Of America Inc. Securities Litigation

TORONTO, January 20, 2014 – The Ontario Superior Court of Justice has issued an order approving notice of the proposed settlement of this action and scheduling a settlement approval hearing date for March 6, 2014. The Court has also ordered that, in order to participate in any distribution of the settlement funds, class members must submit their proof of claim forms to the Administrator before April 5, 2014.
