Tentative Settlement Reached In Market Timing Class Action #2

ROCHON | GENOVA LLP is pleased to announce that a tentative settlement has been reached in the Market Timing Class Action with the defendants, IG Investment Management Ltd., Franklin Templeton Investments Corp. and AGF Funds Inc. (the “Settling Defendants”). Pursuant to an order of the Superior Court of Justice dated September 27, 2010, the proceeding was certified as a class action as against the Settling Defendants for the purpose of giving effect to the settlement. A settlement approval hearing will be held on December 17, 2010. The deadline for opting out of the class proceeding or objecting to the settlement is December 6, 2010.
