Skyservice Update April 1, 2010

Skyservice Airlines Inc. went into receivership March 31, 2010. While the receivership order states that any existing actions against Syservice Airlines Inc. have been stayed, we will be moving to have the stay lifted to allow this existing action to proceed. Prior to the receivership being announced, we were in settlement negotiations. We also have a certification hearing scheduled for May 26 and 27, 2010, should negotiations fail. To the extent that we are successful in lifting the stay these timelines should not be affected.
