SNC Lavalin #2

September 27, 2019 – On June 5, 2019, Rochon Genova commenced a class action against SNC-Lavalin Group Inc. (“SNC”) and certain of its directors and officers. The action seeks to recover damages on behalf of SNC’s shareholders suffered as a result of alleged misrepresentations in certain of SNC’s public disclosure documents.

Subject to exclusions, the class action seeks damages on behalf of all persons or companies or entities, wherever they may reside or be domiciled, who: i) acquired securities of SNC during the period from and including 09:07 ET February 22, 2018 to 07:32 ET May 2, 2019; and ii) held any such securities through any or all of: (i.) 07:32 ET January 28, 2019; (ii.) 07:45 ET February 11, 2019; and (iii.) 07:32 ET May 2, 2019.
